Megan Melville

Megan brings a distinctly valuable blend of skills and qualities, and great positive energy and dedication, to her multifaceted role at Evolvinn Therapy and Consulting. As the essential, dependable liaison between Evolvinn’s patients and therapists, Megan manages screening, scheduling, programming, and follow-up details for individual appointments and support group sessions. She also develops, maintains, and finetunes our organizational systems. Our service delivery and internal operations rely on her exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with her dedication, patience, empathy, and positive energy. The insight, creativity, and finely honed verbal and visual communication skills she brings to this role enable Evolvinn to stay in meaningful touch with our clients and community, reach and engage wider audiences, and thereby help more individuals who are struggling with chronic health conditions and mental health issues.

Megan developed her capacity for paying keen attention to detail while keeping sight of the big picture, as well as her skill at communicating effectively, through years of experience in the fast-paced environment of filmmaking. With bachelor’s degrees in both Digital Media Production and Theatre Studies from Kent State University, she worked in a wide range of editorial, directorial, coordination, production, and post-production roles on feature, documentary, and promotional films. In more recent years, she has also worked as a creative copywriter, user experience/user interface (UX/UI) researcher and designer, social media manager, and content consultant for diverse organizations. In addition, she has led event coordination and fund-raising efforts for an independent K-12 school. It was in her role as director of the feature-length film, Kids Get Cancer, Too: A Documentary, that Megan made the deeply personal connections and gained the insights and inspiration that fuel her passion for her work at Evolvinn.
